Welcome to Zopetto. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Zopetto. We run this website and everything on it — content, features, tools, and the products we sell — to give you a curated pet shopping experience (the "Services"). Zopetto operates on Shopify's platform.

Prices can change at any time without notice. You'll be charged the price shown at checkout, confirmed in your order email. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include tax or any applicable shipping costs. You agree to give us accurate payment details and keep them current.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.

Zopetto runs on Shopify. All purchases are between you and Zopetto directly. Shopify has no responsibility for any part of that transaction, and you agree not to hold Shopify or its affiliates liable for anything arising from it.
