Shipping is free on all US orders. No minimum spend required.

Zopetto ships to customers across the United States. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Where We Ship

Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size.

We currently ship within the United States only. We're not yet able to deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations, but we're working on expanding.

Fulfillment

Zopetto is based in Portland, Oregon. To keep our prices fair and our product range wide, your order is fulfilled through a network of manufacturing and logistics partners rather than a single central warehouse — so the shipping origin printed on your package may look different from our Oregon business address. This is completely normal and doesn't affect your order, tracking, or support in any way.

Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 PM PST are processed the following business day.

Transit Time

Once your order leaves our fulfillment partner, it typically takes 6–12 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery

Combining processing and transit, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of purchase. This can vary slightly during busy periods like holidays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it the whole way.

If Something's Delayed

Carrier delays, weather, and high order volumes can occasionally push delivery past the estimated window. If your order is running late, reach out and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package doesn't show up or arrives damaged, email support@zopetto.com with your order number (and photos, if it's damage) and we'll sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.
