Zopetto is an independent online retailer working with a global network of suppliers. We don’t manufacture or design the products we sell unless we say so directly. Any trademarks, logos, or brand names that appear on our site belong to their respective owners, and mentioning them is purely descriptive — it doesn’t mean we’re affiliated with or endorsed by them unless we say so.
Reporting an IP Concern
If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright, trademark, or design rights, email support@zopetto.com right away so we can look into it.
To file a proper complaint, please include:
- A description of the work or mark you believe is being infringed
- The exact URL(s) of the content in question
- Your name, company (if relevant), address, phone, and email
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you’re the rights holder or authorized to act for them
- Your signature (electronic is fine)
What Happens Next
We take every claim seriously. Once we receive a complete, valid notice, we will:
- Review it promptly and in good faith
- Investigate thoroughly
- Remove or restrict the content if appropriate
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address.
